If you are not completely satisfied with your course enrollment for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. To qualify for our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, you must submit your refund request within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. The purchase date is the date your payment was processed, as shown in your confirmation email. Refund requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be eligible for a full refund but may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund under our return policy, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must provide the order number or purchase confirmation details
  • The request must be submitted by the person who made the original purchase or an authorized representative

Please note that promotional offers, discounts, and special pricing do not affect your eligibility for a refund. The full amount paid will be refunded regardless of any promotional pricing at the time of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift card purchases or promotional credit
  • Courses purchased through third-party platforms or resellers
  • Downloadable materials that have been accessed or downloaded after the 30-day period

  • Certificates of completion that have been issued

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing

Once we approve your refund request, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

For credit card purchases, the refund will be credited to the same credit card used for the original transaction. Course Access After Refund

Once a refund is issued, your access to the course materials will be revoked. This includes:

  • Access to video lessons and course content
  • Downloadable resources and materials
  • Community forums and student discussions
  • Future course updates and additions
  • Certificates of completion

Any downloaded materials should be deleted from your devices upon receiving a refund. Continued use or distribution of course materials after a refund has been issued is a violation of our Terms of Use and may result in legal action.

Re-enrollment After Refund

If you receive a refund for a course and later decide you would like to re-enroll, you are welcome to do so by making a new purchase. However, please note that:

  • The course price may have changed since your original purchase
  • Promotional pricing or discounts from your original purchase may no longer be available
  • Multiple refund requests for the same course may be flagged and subject to additional review
  • We reserve the right to deny re-enrollment if we believe there has been abuse of our refund policy

Subscription and Recurring Payments

If you are enrolled in a subscription plan or program with recurring payments, different terms may apply:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty

  • Browser compatibility issues
  • Mobile device access

If we are unable to resolve technical issues that prevent you from accessing your course, we will offer a full refund regardless of how much time has passed since your purchase.

Fraudulent Purchases

We take fraud very seriously and will work with you and the appropriate authorities to investigate and resolve the situation.
